Lloyd Brown – new pastoral assistant

Lloyd Brown, Pastoral Assistant

Lloyd was raised in Bedfordshire, England, with his two younger siblings. He came to faith after leaving home and began studying for a degree in Theology at Durham University, graduating in June last year. As part of his degree he spent a year in Belgium studying at the KU Leuven. While active in St Martha and St Mary’s Church in Leuven, Lloyd felt he was called to come back to Belgium as a CEMES intern. This led him to serve last year as the intern at Holy Trinity Brussels, where he also married his wife Mathilde. They now live in Leuven where Lloyd is an active member of the Anglican parish there, as well as providing administrative support to Rev. Augustine and the parishes in West Flanders.

Outside of his studies and work with the Church, Lloyd enjoys travelling, photography, reading, and writing. Lloyd is very much looking forward to working with Rev. Augustine and playing a part in the life and mission of the churches in West Flanders.
